Do your largemouth bass have ample forage to reach their potential?  Here’s a fun survey that will tell you and it’s a great reason to go fishing.  Weigh and measure at least 25 bass.  Compare your data to a “relative weight chart” created by the American Fisheries Society.  It shows what bass of given lengths should weigh when developing normally.  Conduct a survey in the spring and fall.  Fall stats should show gains.  If not, accelerate harvest of bass under 14-inches and/or stock more baitfish.  Call for assistance with interpreting your survey.
